We have two Domino mail servers setup to cluster with each other. The first server supports most of the mail routing/calendar functions and the second is a load balancing/fail over server. The two servers are identical in every aspect. CPU/Memory/Model/RAID/Logical disk setup. The first server supports almost 500 mail users and the second maybe 30 to 50 users. Only those we homed their mail file too.

I am looking at the server Monitor as I write this forum. Server one has 424 users and a Availability Index of 50. The second server has 32 users and an Availablity index of 34.

From what I have read in the documentation that is wrong.

We have tried using the keywords
Server_Trans_Info
Server_expansion_Factor
Max_Users
All to no avail. The second cluster server does not calculate the AI correctly. Is there something I am missing? Is there some file I need to reset?
